In my opinion, i agree of what the author wants to stress in the article that population control or having reproductive health cannot control or solve the poverty in our country.
Though reproductive health can really help minimize the rapid growth of population. I can't imagine a country without birth control! Maybe, there will be a great chaos if there's no birth control.
Poverty, as I can say is the root of all evil, simply because many poor people who have no food for their families will sort to making crimes so that they can produce money easily.
If only our government will just focus their attention on how to solve poverty and not just to think on how to steal the people's money, then they can make a great change to our country.

in my reaction about the montalban, according to robert malthus who introduce the rather pessimistic principle that foresaw the worlds population out running food supply leading to decrease food per person we people must promote the use of artificial contraception in the guise of promoting womens health it is because if they really want to address the womens health and to stop the increasing of our population they should make a family planning to control the increase of population. These would only apply to the poor because for population control if the family planning wont promote these stated that we cannot denigrate mans capacity to increase our food supply. Because despite of our population decline, povverty incidence has been reduce significantly our country.
